Timboon Ice-cream
Timboon Fine Ice Cream was established in October 1999 by the Marwood – Simmons Family. Being Dairy Farmers and ‘foodies’, Tim and Caroline have successfully combined the two to produce a luxury ice cream that everyone can enjoy.
The locality where Tim and Caroline live lends itself to an abundance of high quality fresh raw ingredient for dairy produce manufacture. Timboon is the centre of Australia’s highest milk producing region.
The formula for the ice cream was determined by key factors including, no egg (for allergy sufferers), no gluten (for the same reason), a great creamy mouth feel, new innovative flavours, priced for everyone to enjoy and fresh always!
